Technical description of feedback control in the Grizzly Closed Loop Servo Control System
The Grizzly Closed Loop Servo Control System has a unique and smart computerized control with high sensitivity to minor changes. For the door operation it provides a precise signal feedback. In case of strong winds and increasing pressure impacting on the door, the system will automatically slow the door movement down. In that case the CLosed Loop Servo Control System will send a signal to the motor to reduce its acceleration, but to maintain the right torque for the respective door load.
Normally the temperature of a door motor tends to rise under heavy duty and decreases that way the damping coefficient of the motor. In this situation the motor will loose control over the speed adjustment, increasing the chance of unwanted door leaf collison. However with our Closed Loop Servo Control System even under heat the motor will automatically extend the deceleration point in order to ensure that the door moves in a precise 5cm slow-down interval. This technology keeps the door leaves from collision.
